Made as a traditional marriage between blackstrap molasses and raw sugar Hard Landing is a complex and sophisticated result of a unique caramelisation process. Just the Hearts and a little tails are chosen before maturation in purpose-built barrels with old bourbon staves. This rum is then polished in small American Oak barrels before being steeped in rare and unusual spices producing a taste explosion that will tantalise the palate.

Notes: Cinnamon and vanilla forward, long palate, rich aniseed finish.
